AGI - Con le ondate di calore, la vendemmia in Champagne iniziata quest'anno con una precocit record, sconvolgendo l'organizzazione di viticoltori e stagionali, spesso a costo di vacanze accorciate. Di fronte al livello di maturazione accelerata delle sue vigne, Ophlie Lapie-Lamiable, viticoltrice a Tours-sur-Marne, vicino a Epernay (Marna), ha iniziato la raccolta gi sabato, cinque giorni prima del previsto, con temperature elevate e una squadra a organico dimezzato. "Quando abbiamo iniziato a fare i prelievi, ci siamo resi conto che sarebbe andata molto, molto veloce, abbiamo dovuto richiamare tutti", ha raccontato la donna.
